You’ll receive a total of four print magazines throughout your Premium Subscription, receiving a new issue each quarter. Due to our publishing schedule, print subscriptions will begin in the quarter following the one in which you subscribe, meaning that you will not receive the current issue. However – if you do wish to receive the current issue – you may reach out to us via service@threemagazine.com.
Yes, for your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew on the date that it is due to expire, which is set for one year after the date it was purchased. Should you prefer your subscription not to auto-renew, you may cancel your auto-renewal through your account dashboard. Be advised, successfully processed renewals are non-refundable. Gift Subscriptions will auto-renew unless you manually cancel the renewal.
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, and you’ll receive a renewal notice at the email address you used to register. If you previously turned off auto-renewal, you can easily enable it again from your account dashboard.
To cancel your subscription, please acccess your account dashboard by going to threemagazine.com/login and under Subscriptions – you will have an option to cancel auto-renewal. We do not offer partial refunds, meaning your subscription will continue until the end of its duration and you may continue to receive issues of the magazine.
You can update your address by logging into your account on threemagazine.com. Unfortunately, customer support staff are unable to reroute any magazines that have already been shipped, so make sure to correct your details before the end of the quarter. If you do forget, we are happy to provide you with a replacement copy for an additional fee.
No. All subscription issues of 3 magazine are dispatched by our international distribution partners and sent via standard mail, which does not include tracking. While we’re unable to provide individual shipping confirmations, our team can share estimated delivery timelines based on your location. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@threemagazine.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
If you have not received the latest issue within one month of its release, please contact us at support@threemagazine.com, and our customer support team will be happy to assist. Please note that all claims must be submitted within three months of the original estimated delivery date. Requests for replacement copies made outside this timeframe may be subject to an additional charge.
